Justin and D'Angelo came together and started a property management company, delivering years of professional experience, with dependable landscaping services designed to maximize value, quality, and efficiency. The name “Koach” was chosen for its biblical meaning Guided by the principles in Exodus 9:16 - 'But I have raised you up for this very purpose, that I might show you my power and that my name might be proclaimed in all the earth' - they approach their work with purpose and dedication, ensuring every property is managed with strength and integrity."
In loving memory of Barbara Tolley (12/24/1942 – 1/13/2026), a truly kind and compassionate soul. Barbara was one of our very first clients and her dedication to helping her neighbors and community inspired us deeply. To honor her legacy, we are committed to offering our property services free of charge to people with health conditions hindering their ability. Her kindness continues to shine through the support we provide, keeping her spirit alive on every job.
